The company was founded in 1994 with its registered office in Olomouc.
In its early years the company operated on relatively small premises, but by 1999 market interest and company expansion had led to the need for the company to move to its own new building at "Zelená Louka" ("Green Meadow") in the newly emerging industrial zone in the municipal district of Hodolany.
